What class do you prefer to play?

I personally like the engineer because I can help my team out a lot by getting rid of the enemy tanks with my RPG and when we have tank take out my power wrench a fix up our tank if its damaged. I also like the medic but I feel so useless being a medic since I haven't even gotten the Med pack yet. :l

Also, how do you pick up ammo packs/med kits? I've been looking through the controls and can't see to figure out how.

I'm usually a medic but unfortunately I never have anyone to play with on PC.

I would like to play as a medic but I feel so useless since you don't start off with a medkit. lol
Speaking of medkits, how do you even use one?
